Our return policy
Heads up: orders placed before 9 January 2025 fall under our previous policy. Return shipping was free back then. For orders placed on or after 10 January 2025, you'll cover return shipping.
The basics
You've got 30 days from the day your order arrives. Get in touch within that window to start a return.
Items need to come back the way they left us. Unworn, unused, with tags, in their original packaging.
How to start a return
Drop us a line at hello@peppergrey.com.au and we'll guide you through it. Once we approve your return, we'll send the details for posting it back.

We can't accept returns that haven't been pre-approved, so always email us first.
Damaged on arrival
We know how it feels when something turns up damaged. Check your parcel as soon as it lands. Email us within 48 hours if anything's faulty, broken, or not what you ordered.
Send a few photos with your message. We need them to claim delivery insurance. Then we'll sort it: replacement, refund, whichever you prefer.
What we can't take back
Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
Exchanges

Refunds
Once your return arrives, we'll give it a look over. If everything checks out, we'll approve the refund. Refunds go back to your original payment method. You should see them within 10 business days. Banks can take a little longer.
A note on shipping: original shipping fees and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
